ICP (Inter-Coach Products) is/was one of the two companies making those pre-sewn seat upholstery sets that we all know and love.
ICP is the one known for being more accurate to original than the other brand - PUI. PUI (Parts Unlimited Inc.) is known for being more puffy than original. People who are restifying rather than restoring generally don't care, but those who want the look of originality generally prefer ICP. PUI does have a "gold line" that is closer to OEM, but it is astronomically expensive. Without ICP, PUI will be the only company making these upholstery sets. People lose the ability to choose, and who knows what happens to the price when there is no competition. Also, my mom is doing ok.
