After I resurrected my 4 door after letting it sit for a couple years I vowed to start it once a month and run for 15-30 minutes. Now that it's 20-30 degrees I'm wondering if it'd be better to let it sit until next warm spell? This is just a 283 w/ 2 barrel in a 64 4 dr sedan, nothing exotic, but alledgedly 34,000 miles on it so it'd be a shame to hurt something. So you folks in the cold states, what do you do leave it sit ot try to run the engine on a regular basis? The 194 in the SS is getting pretty sloppy. It sounds like it'd just as soon toss something through the block so that one I'll let sit until a warm day. Just curious.
