When you say B Body what are you referring
to? I've already bought the front disc brakes off of a GTO. I'm
looking for the master cylinder to work. Is there anything that will
bolt in, and clear a big block? I did think about buying a '67 Chevelle Master
Cylinder and Booster from the local auto parts store, but it doesn't seem I
get many responses when asking questions.
Is there a 'dual circuit' master cylinder
that will bolt to my current '65 power booster?
If not, what year make/model power booster
and master cylinder will I need that should bolt up?
What proportioning valve will I need for
disc / drum?
As I said in my last post, I just bought a
83-92 Camaro/Firebird Master cylinder, booster, and Proportioning valve.
I'd like to use as much of this as possible, but if I can find an easier bolt
in solution, I'm for that also.
Also, regarding rear brakes, I was told
that 93-97 rear camaro disc brakes will bolt up to my 12 bolt rearend.
Is this true?

The F body booster is not a direct bolt on, you will need to make a
bracket for it. The master cylinder will work, but an Aluminum one
from a B body would be better (larger bore). YOu can go to any local
auto parts store and get a new booster/master cylinder for about $130.
Another set of spindles that will work are the 69-80 F body spindles, you
just have to use the chevelle steering arm. Another option is the B
body 12" conversion. All you need to do that is get the offset upper
control arm shaft, and new ball joints for that application from
Hotchkis.
