I decided to go ahead and try this. I'm not sure what 3rd Generation is, but I bought a used 83-92 Camaro/Firebird Booster, Master Cylinder, and Proportioning valve off ebarf for about $40. I'm going to try it out. I also scored a set of front disc brakes for $260 shipped. So hopefully for $300, and some additional brake lines, I'll be stopping with the best of them.
