To many people watch Barrett Jackson ( sp)..
or there  crazy  CAR hunt program..
with 70 ish chevelles demanding Big $$$ ( most with lot's of paper work)
there under the assumption, there has become a pot of GOLD a Diamond in the
ROUGH so to speak..
