I just have to say that I agree SOOOOO much with you guys on the price
of the muscle car hobby. It's gone to the point where finding any car
that's in decent shape, for a reasonable $$$ is getting very difficult.
I'm trying to find a ELKY for my MOM. Not a show car, just a nice
dependable driver. It's sad we're starting to loose a grip on our
hobby. But that's the way it goes....EVOLUTION!

AS for the radio stuff..... HUH??? I don't know that I've ever read a
paragraph in my life and been so LOST!!! LMAO I guess I need to read
more LOL!!!

Hello Mike . Yes "Real Radios Glow In the Dark "
As with everything else $$$ drives the fun Factor out of many many
interests.. and destroying a HOBBY-----
Sat At Super Chevy three years ago. and watched a group of guys use
there
ped,. laptops and cell phones to .determinf if the few cars there for
sale.
where @ the right price with a margin of error to " Garnish a 20% to 30%
profit short term" ( what ever short term ment )
that was b-4 Speed Visions shows ,that shocked everybody at he $$$ cars
were
bringing..
and showed me the direction the hobby was going....

Just as it did with Radio Contesting.. IN the East Coast
a single tower with a tri.bander and shorty forty , your use to be able
to
compete in WW DX contests.. I have bult a few station for the $$$ guys
and
multi towers too 200ft ! and stackes of 6/6/6/6 on 10 5/5/5/5 on 15 &
20
and 3/3 on 40ty with 4 square's on 80 are not un common. plus the fully
automated two radio SO2R
The guy with shallow packets are left in the dust..

40 year old dog tags... hummmmm ya get to hump and PR's in those days ?
