To get the base out, push down hard on the front edge, then pull forward. The back is held by a couple of bolts at the bottom, and hooked over the top (so lift up to remove it).

It seems a Holley blue electric fuel pump does not quite agree with an Edelbrock 1406. Something about the PSI being off by 10 or so! :) SARGE
