I have a friend who was pulled over for doing over 100 mph. The officer said
in a sarcastic tone "ok buddy, let me see your pilot's license". Well, as it
happens, my friend Bill is a pilot, so he complied with the officer's
request. Upon seeing the license the officer just laughed and said "Well, I
asked for it. I guess I have to let you go now." He let Bill go with no
ticket at all. I guess it was the biggest surprise the officer had in a
while. Too bad it wasn't caught on camera. Would have made a great bit for
World's Wildest Police Videos.
