[Chevelle-list] Motor Mounts

I have been hearing different opinions on motor mounts.  Do you or dont you need to change motor mounts or their positions when swithing from small block to big block?  I have a 68 chevelle that originally had a 307.  I am considering dropping a 396 into it.  I am not sure now if the motor mounts and positions will work?  Any help is greatly appreciated.   Ryan
