68 VIN but 69 taillights, quarters, fenders, SS emblems... It either really is a rare car or it's a 68 that was redone w/ 69 panels, or maybe it's a stolen recovery that was completely trashed or a junkyard rustbucket that's been completely rebuilt and retagged...
