She may be on the level but her car certainly isn't. There was no such thing
as a 68 1/2 Chevelle. There definately was no such thing as a Chevelle with
a 68 VIN and 69 doors, rear tail lights,  rear quarters, and badging. I'd
like to see the dash and the grill. I don't see any problem selling a car
like this but to advertise it a an SS and a 68 1/2 is misleading. But with
all that said, anyone that would bid on a car from a single photo taken in
1987 is a fool.
