There have been some really good tips on this topic and I appreciate it. So
far I have just turned off the battery disconnect switch, which is in my trunk,
when I leave my car at a motel and prayed that that will help make some crook
pick another easy target instead of my car. The hood lock will be my next
project to keep from loosing some expensive parts. I wouldn't mind haveing a
simple alarm system that would sound the horn if the doors, hood or trunk is
opened without a key.
