Fred, Vin. I picked up an 04 Blazer setup. However, there is one small detail that had to be worked out. Everything bolts up perfectly. I may have to do a bit of "clearance" between the back of the bracket assy to make room for the lip of the aluminum valve covers and gaskets, but that is the minor deal. The larger issue, however, is on the small block V-8, the water pump has two holes on the right side. One is smaller and the other is a large hole. Now, on the V-6 water pump, it does not have the small hole like the V-8 pumps. I taped and pluged the small hole. It's a done deal. It all fit and hood closes good.
Hope someone else has actual experience with the other truck parts, I would like to hear about it. My deal was about 350$ rather than the 1700$ the others cost. hope this helps. mike --- vin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > pretty sure serp. setup from v-6 s-10 blazer will > work. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Fred Knoche > To: [email protected] > Sent: Sunday, February 05, 2006 9:10 PM > Subject: [Chevelle-list] serpentine > > > I am thinking about converting my SBC over to a > serpentine belt system.
