[Chevelle-list] New Carb sound

[Crazy Rusty]

I just swapped edelbrock carbs (750 to a 600cfm).  I’m running an old 350.  I could swear I hooked it up right but when I start it I get a high pitched whining sound.  I’ve never heard it before and I can’t really locate a source fast enough before the engine dies.  Anyone ever had this problem?   Thanks, JB 69 Chevelle Malibu
