It took forever with a sand blaster, so I used a
propane torch and heat it up. Use a paint stick or
putty knife and take the better part of it off. Then
sand or bead blast it.

I have a question regarding the removal of old
undercoatings. I have a 65 Chevelle SS and today I
checked the underbody. I think it still has the
original undercoating. Last winter I put in a new
carpet and the floorpans were in real good shape. I
think the underbody is also. I have read several
articles on how to remove this old undercoating and I
wanted to see if anyone has some good advice. I do
not want to remove the body.

 Thanks, Russ Miesner
