Larry the front drums are for 2 1/2" brake shoes.  The rears are for 2" brake shoes.  Probably not safe to use on rear with the 2" shoes.  Don't think the front shoes will fit rear due to setup for emergency brake.  If I remember correctly the brake drums are the same on all Chevelles with drum brakes through 72.  Although I doubt but a few 72's had drum brakes.   John ----- Original Message ----- From: Larry Shouse To: Chevelle List Sent: Tuesday, May 02, 2006 8:01 PM Subject: [Chevelle-list] 66 Brake Drums Is the front drums the same as the back drums on a 66?
