AJ Foyt in Rosenberg has one. I asked how accurate it was, and they said some times very accurate, some times not! I’m still trying to find the original owner. I have hit plenty of dead ends trying!

The best way that I know of to do it is take a piece of the vehicle that is painted and you can remove to an auto paint place and have them put it on a spectrograph to breakdown the colors that are in it.
