its been a little while since i did this but i think you need to remove the 
back seat, and as you are installing the shelf , you need to bend it up 
slightly in the middle to get it to go in, and then once its almost in then of 
course 
push it flat and under the metal part along the bottom of the rear window, 
you may also have corner pieces you need to remove first before starting. not 
sure if your headliner c-pillar covers are going to get in your way- but most 
of 
them pop in place with some clips similar to the door panels- you may have to 
remove them so no scuffing occurs, then on the edge towards the seat you will 
need to glue that down with some spray 3M adhesive, do both sides- and clean 
the metal part off good so the glue sticks- i think you wait like 2- min for 
the glue to become tacky before you stick it. : )
