Hopefully you still have or can retrieve the original cylinder. There are 2 lengths of pushrod. You need to compare the recess at the back of each master cylinder. If the old is noticeably deeper than the new, you will need to use the shorter rod for the new cylinder. Or possibly get an exchange. I don't know how much difference there is, but I'd bet a google will find that info. And Dale MAY have the info at www.chevellestuff.com
