Hi Larry............... I built a new garage a few years ago and installed a Back Yard Buddy four post lift.? Lift is great, works well.? You will need 11'?- 12" ceiling clearance.? Not sure if I would do a four post again.? Might have more flexibility with a two post.? Don't know where you live but I live in cold country so I installed in floor heat?driven by a boiler system and that is great for the winter.? Can keep the temp at 55-60 and it is comfortable.
