My friend Jack put in a two-post and it works great. I've had my El Camino on it many times. I don't remember what brand it is. If you want something that doesn't take up space while you're not using it, try leaving the car on the lift!

I gave Tom Rightler a catalog that had a bunch of lifts in it, but I don't remember the name of the company. Maybe he'll post it.

Hi Larry...............

I built a new garage a few years ago and installed a Back Yard Buddy four post lift.? Lift is great, works well.? You will need 11'?- 12" ceiling clearance.? Not sure if I would do a four post again.? Might have more flexibility with a two post.? Don't know where you live but I live in cold country so I installed in floor heat?driven by a boiler system and that is great for the winter.? Can keep the temp at 55-60 and it is comfortable.

Good luck,

Jerry Wells
