Help my new 2.5 year old Chihuahua is peeing and pooping in the house. He does go pee outside and sometime will poop out there but other times he will sneak off and pee and/or poop in the house. When we catch him, he knows he did something wrong... There are times he will even go to the back door and bark wanting out... We have tried rewarding good behavior, to no luck. In turn now our other little guy is starting to do the same.
