size "mutt" named Chip outside in a fenced in back yard. The fenced
in part in about 50'x50' but I live on 25 acres, so there is plenty
of room for the cats and dogs to roam. Another of my cats, Candy, is
best buds with Chip. There are holes all in the ground around the
fence where Chip can easily get out when he wants. Candy like to go
in the fence and play with Chip, rubbing against him, then going to
one of the holes and "meowing" for him to come out and play. He
knows he isn't allowed to go out so he just sits there beside the
hole and cries. I call Candy "Chip's little troublemaker"! lol cause
she gets him in trouble.( Candy and I are depressed right now
because Chip was not home when I got home yesterday and so far he
hasn't returned. I am worried.)

friends with my chi Joe. Joe died a few years back (old age) and I
swear I thought Puddin would grieve herself to death. She wouldn't
eat or anything, but would go all over the house looking for Joe.
Just goes to show that cats and dogs are NOT always enemies!!

have a Rabbit who likes to scare the cats off and take their food!!

Pearl's house, the cat and dog show is so entertaining. I may have
mentioned before that the cat (Pearl) is probably 10 lbs. and Trin
is pushing it at 4 and a half. We sit on the couch and can see the
open stairs to the second floor. First the chaser is Pearl chasing
Trin UP the stairs, a second later it is Trin chasing Pearl DOWN the
stairs and it goes on and on. We just look at each other and
say "who's in the lead now?" Somewhere along the line they both
stop and wrestle. At first I was worried about injuries, but now I
know that they are buds and this is their way of hanging out
together. Once they have had their exercise they just take a nap
together on the couch.

cats, and one of them (Puddin) LOVES Ginger, one of my female chis.
Now, Ginger normally likes Puddin as well, but sometimes, Puddin
decides Ginger needs a bath......Soooo she chases Ginger, Holds
Ginger down, and proceeds to lick her from head to toe!! Ginger
HATES this. Personally, I think it is kinda cute, and since Puddin
does such a good job keeping Ginger clean, less work for me!! lol
