I would get the pup early or after Christmas, but NOT during the holidays. I will not even let my pups go during the holidays. There is too much going on and the pups do not get the attention they need and also with kids, they have so many new toys ect., that the pup becomes just another new toy that, like everything else, is cast aside once the novelty wears off. I would certainly recommend getting the pup early. I would wait till after Thanksgiving though, because there is a lot going on during this holiday as well. Marsha T.
