Hey the babbler? that would be me. lol THats what they where trying to do in germany. What you are saying makes perfect sense to me. I just went to the SPCA shelter in Orlando and they have a pit rate of somewhere around 60% a lot home them with a home crop.(already a bad sign) There has to be something done about aggresive dogs. Not just for the Chi's, but so we can keep our kids safe
