I would just
like to say that I did have a horse kill one of my babies……my chi
will suffering from a ruptured tympanic membrane and recovering. She was with
my 9 year old daughter who was walking with her outside. The dog felt the
horse was a threat and started barking like a crazed maniac. My daughter let
her down… not thinking…. But Salsa went toward the horse and the
horse reared up and trampled her. My daughter has been absolutely devastated
and learn a terrible lesson. We all grieved deeply and still do over a year
later…. But ultimately my daughter trumps the dog. I love her more. It
was an accident and I have been bashed on another list for this story and black
listed from getting any show quality chis for it, but it truly was an
unfortunate, but not unforgiveable mistake in my opinion….
