He vet should of never let that dog leave with runs still. That is so true, but that puppy is in such bad shape, if he still had the runs he should of gone from THAT vet immediately to the next vet. When Sparky' mom posted again today about the puppy there really shouldn't of been any advice on how to care for him at home by any of us. Very very experienced chi people MAY be able to handle this but Sparky's mom is not. Her email today really should of been met with choruses of VET VET VET!! I am not as outspoken as Kay (good or bad? on this big of an emergency how do you know?) Yes, I hope she's at the vet,too, and not out buying something to feed Pup. katie
