Our Brutus is on Albon too and he is doing great. I would take him or at least call the vet to make sure he is ok now or do they want to see him.
I have not had a chi that sick since Twix (our daughters chi) who spent a week in the hospital while she was at college. But after a day or two I was able to go and walk him around for a little bit then take him back in...that helped me and him also with the seperation.
He was very sick, not eating, vomiting and runs too. He was older than your little guy though...he was around 6 months old.
