Kat This has been so interesting that I looked that up.  Here is the AKC litter registration fee:   A litter fee is comprised of two parts: a processing fee of $25.00 plus a puppy fee of $2.00 per live puppy (multiply the total number of live puppies by $2.00).That is not a lot of money.
