Kathy, How sad that someone put this tiny baby in your mailbox...good thing it was yours...   I am not sure about the hair loss you are referring too, could be lots of things...could be genetic...does the skin look healthy where the hair is missing...many chi's have very sparse hair in certain areas and the places you mentioned happen to fall into that "nothing to be alarmed about" category...Maybe someone else has more information but I would say if the hairless areas are fairly symmetrical on both sides...and the skin looks healthy...it is probably genetic...I don't know of any thing that encourages hair growth in animals...you might ask a vet...   Amber __._,_.___ " Lets talk about our wonderful little friends!
