Thanks Joy for your response. I don't have a chi that needs fostering. I'm looking to add a Chi to my household. I've always rescued rather than purchase at a pet store. I've rescued 3 yorkies and was never told I had to have a yorkie to rescue one. So I was wondering why Chi rescue was different.
