Sounds like he is just sooo exited to see you all!! Maybe you should try ignoring him when you first come in, for a few moments. Instead of immediately doing the "hi baby" deal, just ignore him while you put up your coat, take off your shoes, ect, give a moment for the excitement to pass, then try a more calmer acknowledgement of him such as sitting down and allowing him to get into your lap or something. If you don't make as big a deal over coming home and seeing him, he may get less exited about it as well thus giving himself a chance to calm down before interacting. :-) Marsha]
