Not a chi, but my little dachshund did this. I rushed her to the vet and got benedryl also. Now when I take any of my Dachshunds in, they all get plenty of Benedryl before the shots and they are fine. I also keep it in liquid form and a syringe here at home just in case. I try to only get shots on days when I am home for most of the day or all day also.

I am giving him Benadryl for the next two days per vet orders. Has this ever happened to anyone else with their chi. This was also not the first vaccination he has received. I just feel so bad for him!!!
