Thanks. I will keep checking the list. Also, I do give them Pupperoni brand
treats. I hope that is not on the list, too. Gosh, it's so scary and sad
what's going on. This is making me really think my cat, who passed away a few
years ago, got sick from eating a new food. He was fine and healthy until I
changed his food to this new food someone talked me into. I am not sure it is
related to it at all, but he started getting really sick just after I switched
food. He went down hill real fast and got liver disease. The vet never
mentioned the food, but it could have been what caused his illness. He died
just a few weeks after he got sick. I really LOVED that cat (named Skittles)
and can imaging what these poor owners are going through now. So sad.

Inova EVO is a good food, too and not on the recall list. Vets always
recommend foods that they get paid to sell. They don't know much about dog
nutrition.

I have been reading up on the recall... I never realized how many
brands are on the list. I called the vet to make an appointment for my
new girl and asked what food they recommend. All the ones they
suggested are on the recall list. One place I read that it's canned
type food only but other places I read that it's dry food as well. I
am terrified on what to feed her. I am sure all of you are as well...
what has everyone done??? Is there a way to make homemade dog food
from people food?? I just dont know what to do!!
Thanks again,
Tracy
