I would not send money like that. I am just saying don't tell people to put
a dog down.

As long as you have the money.  This person can't even get a credit card.
Sure sounds like a scam to me.  I have seen so many posts similar to this.
Sounds fishy.  If you believe this, I received an e-mail from a prince in
Africa who needs to transfer 25 million dollars to a bank in the US.  He'll
let you keep 5 mil for your help.  :-)
 
Don't believe every sob story you hear.  Also, if the dog is paralyzed, an
MRI isn't going to help.  Again, sounds fishy.
