Noelle, That is not normal at all, I've had two males neutered in the last 2
years and they did none of that. Your vet has mistreated your dog. Find
another vet and find out why your puppy is crying, the vet may have sewn up an
instrument in the puppy, doctors make mistakes in humans, and all vets are not
good vets.
