in defense of the other person, it was my understanding that all she was saying is that she wanted to find someone close...I think if you had been willing to drive to get the pup you would have gotten it, but with today's gas prices, it is hard for people to drive. If someone is willing to just GIVE a chi then the recipient should do the driving to get it, not expect the giver to. The giver should be willing to drive if they are having a hard time finding a home and someone is willing to take it out of pity......but here, she was able to find a home no problem, so why should she have to drive any distance??? Of course there will always be someone who to be cynical. If you must know, I more familiar with this area since I live here and I'm from here. Also, my weekends are as crazy as my week days. My husband and myself are in the military. He just got back from being gone for 4 weeks and may be leaving soon for 4 months. There are things that must be done around the house now that the weather is better. Pets that need to go to the vet for yearly shots, finals to be complete for college. I didn't think I would have to spell out my life here just to find Belle a suitable home. But the goal has been accomplished and a home has been found for her. Thanks again. I don't understand.. you want to find your pup a good home.. But you aren't willing to drive two hours to meet someone who is willing to take her..Not even on the weekend??
