Does the chi wear a collar (around the neck) or a harness(around the waist or girth)? Sheila

I just got her last week and i have a 1 yr old boxer/ sheperd mix. Iv been trying to take them on walks together, but if i do the puppy gets so excited and just pulls on the leash and about chokes herself to get to the other dog. She wont even go to the bathroom when i take them both. It sounds like shes coughfing when she gets so excited, or hyperventalating. I think im gonna give up on trying to walk them together. thanks Erinn
