I adore budgies. I once had a budgie named Bunkie that was a champion talker and my love. When he died, I decided there could never be another Bunkie, so I looked into getting a different kind of bird. After some research, I decided I wanted a Meyers but when we got to the breeder's the Meyers had just been sold. I could have waited, he had a hen on eggs but when he showed me 3 Red Bellied babies, I fell in love and picked the outgoing male. I love him but if I had it to do all over again, I would have just gotten another budgie. Gloria
