my dove, a male incidentally, appears to have an over developed nurturing gene.. he also fed the pigeon, who's name is godzilla, until zilla became too big.. i have the pigeons entire life from hatching to adulthood chronicalled in pictures.. we did not know what he was when he first hatched and for quite a while afterward.. we just knew he was ugly... and let me tell you, this bird was hatched here and handraised after the first few week but he could give any new york street pigeon lessons in bad attitude.. i cannot put my hands inside his cage without him pecking at me.. once he's out of the cage he's fine.. he learned to fly by taking off from my husbands head.. brigitte stahre maine [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.geocities.com/Heartland/Flats/2852 www.canine-epilepsy.com/
