Melissa I feel sorry for you, but we all have been there. My Sissy Girl came to us when she was 5 months old and I felt like a chew toy for her pleasure. At bedtime, I would have to hold her up in the air until she settled down. The main thing you have got to do is set dominance over her. When she bites and won't quit, lay her down on her back and gently hold her down until she give a big sigh and gives up the fight. That puts you the ALPHA dog and her one of the pack. Right now she is acting out being dominate over you and you can't allow that. The mother dog would not allow her to act that way, so you should not either. Sissy Girl is 8 months old now and still bites and shows her teeth at me, but if she don't stop when I command her to, then she gets put down and held with my two fingers until she give up. I AM THE BOSS and she KNOWS it ! I allow her to bite in a playful manor, but not in an angry manor. Chi's just love to bite and lick. I hope this helps you. Remember to be firm, but also be consistant in what you teach her. If it is a NO NO today then it is a NO NO tomorrow and they won't get confused about what you expect from them. Jean
