I have 4 kids ages 14, 11, 9 and 2 and we really wanted to get a
small dog. I was so fortunate to find 'Luna' from a breeder that has
exposed her to lots of grandkids.
She is the best dog ever. Loves to cuddle and will lay on my lap and
with my kids. We just got her yesterday and she is just so sweet.
She is a black long hair Chi. She is probably about 1 year old (will
verify when I take her into vet). She is a great dog. Very low key
and is not bothered by my toddler. She rather lay on my lap and
have my toddler come up and touch her face or leg then leave and
cuddle with someone else. Many choices for her.
My questions are:
How often should she be eating? She ate about 1/2 c of dry food last
nite (I was thrilled) but has not touched it at all today so far.
How often during day to Chi pee?
How often with normal temp should they be drinking water?
How often do they sleep? it seems that Luna sleeps all the time
(mostly in my lap).
Do they ever want to play?
Do you think she is acting more tired because she is just getting
used to all of us?
