Mine do that too, it's part of growing up and also teaches them that biting
hurts, the ones that don't bite or get bitten back when they are babies may
turn into biters.

Oh it's so funny when they do that. I had Chow Chows for many years and
they never play like this. Hubby gets really worried about it and separates
them by picking them up - so of course they just do it all the more :-). He's
never had puppies before (and wasn't keen about getting these two )but is now
totally enchanted with them
