yes, it tends to be one of the things that you often face in this breed. I 
wouldn't worry until the dog was at least a year old though, because sometimes 
it can just take a long time for all their parts to fully develop. If they aint 
both down by a year, they probably will not come down.

On a side not, I had a human cousin who had the same problem and the doctors 
had to do surgery and bring his out. I wonder if they can do the same for 
dogs???

  Are inverted testicles common in Chihuahuas?  On Cesar first vet visit, the 
vet felt his and then said "good" but I didn't wonder about it until 
afterwards, so I didn't ask.
