Someone, other than me, had said they had a bad reaction from flea meds and also mentioned that they make them special for dogs under 5 lbs. Could you use Frontline and use only l/2 the amount??? Are your fleas especially bad this time of year?
We usually have a terrible time in So Calif with fleas but this year saw none. I used frontine about 5 months ago and never had to again on either my cat or dog; but they both are in the house 90% of the time. I might also add that we have 4 large dogs living in the house next door (25 feet away) who are left in the yard all day and night and we still didn't see any fleas.
