I've never had any problem with frontline. I use it on pups as young as 8 weeks and on my grown chis as small as 3 pounds. Just make sure you never put it on a pregnant dog....it can cause birth defects. I don't have any experience with the seven dust. Marsha

Tater gets fleas everytime we take him out for a walk to to go potty. Said to avoid problems with some of the meds for fleas as they can also be neurotoxic, to just bathe her Chi's once a week with Dawn dishsoap and now she has been doing it and not had a problem since, so I started to bathe mine with Dawn. I do not know why or the reasoning behind it but have not had a flea problem so will continue since her dog had gotten so sick.
