Will keeping him up later in the night help?

Maxx used to be so drowsy by 9pm and be up and about by 5AM! I
stretched it and kept him up till about 10:30 - 11 at night and now,
he gets up around 6 - 6:30. Though he still gets up around 4:30 to
pee but can go back to sleep again til 6:30.
