Yes, I can try to keep him up and thats a good idea.  He has never 
liked to play (I got him at 2 l/2 yo)  My dh doesn't want another dog 
but I think if I had two, they would play together and stay up 
longer.  The thing that gets him up at 4:00 is that he is addicted to 
food.  Food of any kind, he loves it.  Also, has to pee.   Thank 
goodness he is one healthy dog....but has to be on a diet.  (subject 
for another time)
