Maybe he got to hot there and got sick from it and now associates that area with feeling ill??? Or maybe he got burned???? I would say something has scared him. Marsha

I live in a small cabin with a propane heater (monitor unit). My house is just one room with kitchen and living and a bedroom in the back. The living area/kitchen is heated very well and thats where my boy hangs out during the day basically until I go to bed at which time he comes in and snuggles under the furry blankets. He NEVER goes into the bedroom during the day as its pretty nippy in there and as we all know these kids like it warm. Usually he is perched on his many thrones near or around the heater. I came home yesterdya afternoon to find him in the bedroom, very odd as it was chilly in there. He would not even come out to greet me. I thought this odd and after checking him he seemed okay. I began to make his food. (A big deal in my house with him usually waiting right at my feet for his food). He would not come out until I showed him the bowl and I placed it in its usual place in the kitchen. He came in and wolfed it down in two seconds and ran wildly back to the bedroom. WEIRD! Normally he'll stay in the main room until I go to bed. He would not even come out, instead sat on top of the covers watching the door. Before bed (hours later) I asked him if he wanted to go pee pee which he did and he flew by the living room as if there were a ghost in it. Its gotten a bit better today but he still will not go near his beds in the living room. Does anyone have a clue? Should I be really worried. He will not even take his favorite treats near my living room. I live alone and no one had access to my house. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
