My Tito would have very frequent attacks especially when excited. My vet
recommended allergy meds for him, and they have helped out ALOT! -- em :)

How would you know if it's the collapsed trachae vs the reverse
sneezing?</div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Some days,
Maxx doesn't do it at all.  Other days, it happens several times.
Maxx wears a collar but it's very loose.  So loose that it can slip

beautiful tabby...she's 7 years old,,,everyone thought she was too
old...anyway...the poor baby originally was adopted from a cat rescue
center...when they got her in...she had a collar embedded in her neck! I put
"necklaces" on my dogs at the holiday times...but I make sure they're very
loose fitting...and my dogs don't go outside without me...and my cats don't go
out unless they're in a carrier or I'm holding them...thanks

describing is probably reversed sneezing. It can be a whole bunch in a short
time or it can be a few and far between deal. Two things to keep an eye out
for that can be similar are collapsed trachea and kennel cough. The first is
most often a result of collars...which is why a chi should not wear a collar.
The second is very similar to a human cold....very annoying, very contagious,
but usually not very serious. BUT, the things described here sounds more like
simple reversed sneezing.</font></div> <div><font size="2">Marsha</font></div>
